Welcome to our training and coaching page. Here at LPS Events we can help with all your training and coaching needs.  Below you will find lots of advice and information on training to help you get in shape for an upcoming sporting event.  We offer coaching for all ages and all abilities.

Coaching

Sports coaching will increase the confidence and abilities of athletes of any age. You may be a seasoned athelete with a number of triathlons or events under your belt, but want some advice and training on how to perfect your skills.  Perhaps you are new to triathlon and want some coaching and training before your first race.  We can also help those that are re-entering the sport and need a refresher in where to start. Whatever your coaching and training needs are, we are here to help.

Personal Coaching

We offer personal coaching for all those interested in taking part in triathlon, swimming or running events.  We have coaching programmes from beginners to seasoned athletes.  Sports coaches can help you hone existing skills or develop complete new ones.  Our coaches design their sessions around what you want and what you wish to achieve. So whether you are planning your first triathlon or are trying to improve on previous times, our sports coaches can provide you with the right coaching to achieve any goal.
