LPS Events has years of experience organising a range of events which is why we know what equipment is needed to put on a successful event. We are able to make this available to you for hire to help you out with your own event.

So if you are organising a triathlon, running or cycling event we have the equipment you need to make your event a success. Below is a list of some of the equipment available for hire or buy:

1 – Pre event registration and race pack preparation

2 – Event chip timing on the day

3 – Hire our water safety team, which includes a safety boat and qualified driver and kayaks. Numbers needed depend on the size of swim waves

4 – Hire of safety boat and qualified driver for one day

5 – Hire of up to 7 x open water swimming buoys (2 metres high), 2 x start line buoys (1 metre high) and separation booms, including a profesional set up and accurate course setting using GPS. Option of event branding is an extra

6 – Marquee hire

7 – Gazebo or event shelter hire

8 – Generator hire

9 –  Bike racking hire

10 – Crowd control barriers

11 – Road traffic cones

12 –  PA system & event music hire and operator for the event.

13 – Inflatable start or finish gantry for the event.

14 – Double sided LED race time clock (for a vehicle, gantry or stand)

15 – Presentation or warm up stage for your event

16 – Event branding or banners printed to your needs (minimum lead times and artwork prices vary)

17 – Large event maps designed with your swim, bike or run course to cater for your event (minimum lead times and artwork prices vary)

18 –  Cable ties, pack of 100, 370mm x 4.8mm wide

19 – Safety pins, box 1000

20 –  Plastic cups, pack 100

21 –  Barrier tape 72mm x 500m roll

22 – 330ml or 500ml cardboard carton still water
