How do I enter the event?
Our race entry partner is RaceNation, all our entries are taken via this platform.
Where do I find the information for the event?
All information including start times, race guide and venue information is on each event page.
Will I receive a race pack in the post?
Unless specified, all race packs are to be collected at the event on the day or sometimes the day before.
Where do I find the terms and conditions for the event?
All our policies are available to read on our website footer.
If I have a question I cannot find the answer to who can I ask?
Please email [email protected] with the question, please ensure you state which event it relates too.
Is this event permitted?
All our events are permitted and we will follow the rules outlined by the National Governing Body.
Do I need to purchase a day membership?
If you do not hold a current race licence with the home nation (UK Athletics for running or Triathlon England for multisport) then you will be required to purchase a day membership. This is included as an add on at the registration page.

Parking information for each event is outlined in the event guide.
Can I bring supporters?
Of course, encourage them to read the information about the event so they know what to expect.
Can I bring my dog?
Most of our events are dog friendly, we do however request that they remain on a lead at all times to ensure they do not interfere with the race. Please clear up after them at all times.
What is the water temperature?
Guidance will be issued a few days before the event, however we will only take the official temperature on the morning of the event.
Do I have to wear a wetsuit for open water events?
Each event is determined individually, we have no venues where it is mandatory to wear a wetsuit or not, so this is all based on temperatures and conditions in line with Triathlon England guidance.
How is the event timed?
We use championchip electronic timing which is a passive RFID system. You are required to wear a timing chip on your left ankle. The chip design varies and is scanned prior to you collecting your race pack. We recommend putting this on as soon as you collect it.
Is the water safe to swim in?
For each open water event, we provide an experienced safety team to supervise you whilst you swim. Water tests are carried out and compared to the EU bathing standards.
Is my helmet suitable for cycling?
Cycling helmets approved by the BSI, ANSI, Snell or equivalent standards authorities must be worn during the cycle stage of the event. Other sports helmets will not be permitted, nor will no helmet.

There is a problem with my time, how do I resolve this?
Please email [email protected] with as much detail as possible, including your name, race number, start wave and any GPS files you have.
